Hope everyone is doing fine.
I am actually curious is there any action for me to add in an automation which it will track issue request from a specific users where I can retrieve a particular custom field from the records?
Then, the value is being used in the automation flow to change the value of the field for the user's new request?
Hope to have some discussion on this to gain more insights on Jira automation.
