JIRA intergration

I need some more information for JIRA. We have a situation where a different company is using JIRA along with Confluence and we need to share information from their JIRA system to our JIRA system without disturbing their data. Will Zephyr be the right tool? if we create defects using Zephyr(could be Zephyr Enterprise or Zephyr for JIRA or any other). So we want to create defects in our system and want that to be sent to the other company’s JIRA  and also need to map the defects to the requirements that are located in confluence.

Also please provide me the price for 10 users.

I think Zephyr is more for test management. If you want to sync Issues between two or more Jira I think Backbone Issue Sync for Jira will help.
