Inbound Setup

Hello, I am new to this but have a question that is bothering me with the Unity system. 

Is there no way to create inbound fund setup information when you are adding new funds to a current system? 

If anyone could help clear this up for me, it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm afraid we don't know.  It sounds like this is something that has been set up on your Jira, not an off-the-shelf one, and it's specific to your system, which we, as end-users of Atlassian software, have no access to.

Thank you for explaining this, I appreciate it. 

It give me a direction to go to in our organization and how to resolve this internally. 

Just a side note, have others developed a system to inbound new fund data in their system? I am looking for hope that this can be done.
