How to pass drop-down single list values from create bug screen to Close Screen

Hi 

I am working on a project and in that project, I have created a drop-down single list field name source. This field is mapped to create bug screen. This drop down list has values "internal" and "external". When external is selected then I need to show drop-down-single-list field Responsibility. When internal is selected then I need to hide the same drop-down-single-list. The same drop-down list (Responsibility) is available also on close screen also, I have show or hide this field based on the values selected from source field of Create Bug Screen. But close screen does not have source field. Please suggest me how to achieve it.
