How to create ticket in JIRA by sending an email?

Dear support team,

Could you please suggest me to create ticket by using an email? Do we need to merge the subject and detail of request with the JIRA field? if so, how can it do it.

 

Furthermore, Is it have a manual to do it?

Please give me an example of an email. Thank you.
