How do I map/link the ticket from Jira to SolarWinds

Hi Team,

We have configured the Jira to Solarwinds service desk integration. Now we want to link the new ticket/existing ticket to SolarWinds.

I have done more research to find the documentation but still, I am not getting the exact solution.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hey, Kumar. I see that no one has answered your question. May I ask if you used an external solution? A tool like ZigiOps, a no-code integration platform, would help you make the connection between the two systems. It's flexible so you can tailor it to fit your use case. It can transfer various data and sync custom and default fields. Feel free to look at it for future reference and you can even take it further and book a demo to see it in action.
