Hi 

From the time of the creation of the issue to delivering the reporter, all attachment must be hidden from reporter,when issue delivered to reporter(when closed) reporter can see attachment/s.

How Do this process?

Hi Marzi,

This is not possible in Jira natively. We had a feature request for it but we closed it as we have no plans to implement this:

There is a comment from Roy Krishna that mentions a few workarounds that could work for you, so please have a look at those.
