Extract Reports to Excel Pivot tables or anything related
The attached reports are sent out very regularly.
Is there anyway we can automate this.. the list as well as the stats/pivot tables, with ideally also showing ticket count movements from say yesterday, or last week?
Keen to learn if this can be provided/scheduled on daily basis.
