Hi folks

For a few years now I have regularly promoted an old blog post written in 2016 about how to handle daylight saving time with SLAs.
See https://www.adaptavist.com/blog/handling-daylight-saving-changes-in-jira-service-desk/ for the whole blogpost.

Now, I would like to hear from others in the Atlassian community.

  • How many of you were not aware of the impact on your SLAs of daylight saving?
  • Have you got an alternative solution? Would you like to share it with other community members?
  • How many of the community face the same challenges with recording the compliance with SLAs that are defined by their business in non-IT friendly ways.

I look forward to hearing your responses.

Phill
