Change JIRA base URL after you started to use it

Edited

I checked the Help Information to change Base URL, but when I clicked edit settings, there is nothing for the form to change it. How can I change it?

AS-IS URL : companyname.atlassian.net

TO-BE URL : jira.companyname.com

I'd like to change like that.

Was I supposed to set this at the first installation?

You can't change the base url without changing the url your service lives on.

At present, you can't change the DNS that gives you that url for Cloud services, so, in turn, you can't change the base url.

Your only option is to export your data to a backup, buy a new Cloud system with the new url you want, and then import the data.
