We have a license of 250 user, normally there are about 180 users in our company. Our mother company would like to use JIRA, but due to some other reason, they cannot share the same server with us, so they want to install JIRA in their own server with the same license, thus they can use the remaining 70 users.
My question, does that violate the license rule?
If yes, does that work? I don't expect there is only one server is working at the same time.
