Can I configure the Estimate and Remaining Estimate in terms of Stroy points?

Currently every task has a field Estimate, which is planned in terms of Stroy points. But the Remaining Estimate is in hours. How can I configure the Remaining estimate in terms of Story points?

Not quite.

Every board has an estimation statistic.  Issues can have hours in the time-tracking field and they can have numeric fields on them such as Story points.  You can fill in these fields as your processes require.

Then, you tell your board to use either the time-tracking estimate field OR a numeric field such as Story Points for your estimates.

Go to board configuration, look at the estimation section and select the field you want to use for the estimate.
