I got a Question on how to best achieve this goal. We want to direct all Customer Communication from Mail to Jira Service Desk for better trackability & comprehensibly.
We also want to do the Time Tracking within service Desk + Jira Software.
We maintain our customer data in our Billing Software - so it's cruical that we can assign Service Desk Tickets (and maybe Jira Software Tickets) to our Customers ... otherwise we can't link expenses to our customers ...
Already searched quite a long time for a Solution on how to best link Tickets to our Customer Database - but didn't find a proper Solution so long ... (at least no Solution where we don't have to maintain Customer Data double ... once within Billing and once within Jira)
I hope someone here can point me in the right Direction on how to best achieve this Goal ...
