Your template for agile collaboration

We've worked closely with Lumen to design a Jira template based on their best practices for agile collaboration at scale. This template bundle has Jira Software, Jira Work Management, and Confluence pre-configured to Lumen’s ways of working so anyone can get started with just a few clicks.

How do I get started with Jira Software Advanced Roadmaps?

Step 1:

First, you'll want to confirm your Jira Software plan includes Advanced Roadmaps, which is only offered on our Premium and Enterprise plans. If your current plan does not include Advanced Roadmaps, we've got you covered!

✨ Sign up for a free 30-day trial to explore Advanced Roadmaps and everything Jira Software Premium has to offer.

Step 2:

Create a sample plan. This generates a plan using dummy data so you can learn Advanced Roadmaps capabilities in a completely risk-free way.

Step 3:

Follow our Advanced Roadmaps guide and step-by-step tutorials to fully leverage it's  advanced planning features such as dependency mapping, capacity management, alternative scenarios, and customizable reporting.

Step 4:

Unlock cross-team agility! As Lumen demonstrated in the webinar, you can bring software and business projects into Advanced Roadmaps to visualize work and dependencies across multiple teams and functions.

📣 Coming soon: team-managed projects in Advanced Roadmaps

While it's possible to bring team-managed projects into a plan today, Advanced Roadmaps is optimized for company-managed projects and currently works best with this project type. However, support for team-managed projects in Advanced Roadmaps is coming very soon, which will provide greater team autonomy for different ways of working!

How do I get started with Jira Work Management?

Step 1:

We've made the first step easy for you. Jira Work Management is free with Jira Software licenses until March 2024. All you have to do to enable cross-functional collaboration in Jira is invite your business teams!

Step 2:

Create your first business project in just a few clicks with pre-configured Jira templates designed for business teams from Marketing, to HR, to Finance.

Step 3:

Follow our Jira Work Management guide to learn everything from how to create your first work item to how to automate your processes.
