@Joni Johnson thanks for the message. I'm not sure what's going on here - maybe browser-related? We haven't seen anyone else with this issue. Do you want to email me your browser and browser version and a screenshot to eryan@atlassian.com? Or alternatively you could raise a support ticket and our support team can help investigate as well. Thanks

Hi @Kyle Mitchell I'm not familiar with the csv import in JPD. The best way for traceability is to add feedback from within your JPD project (under the help menu). Thanks
I find the new backlog incredibly frustrating. I have to keep DESELECTING epics in order to quickly compare the tickets in EPICs. Previously when selecting an EPIC it would de-select the other epics automatically and I could opt-in to selecting multiple epics. There's no way to opt out of this behaviour either...
Since I switched to the new board, I can't see priority in the sprint issues and I haven't found any options to active it. Any idea what's happening? I reported this bug a couple of months ago and it still happens. You can't force users to migrate without fixing this.
Hi @Eoin I have a Cloud Connect app that relies on “board.screen” Jira Software context parameter (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/context-parameters). And I get a wrong value for the parameter with the Enhanced Jira board mode enabled while I am on my backlog(company-managed software project, scrum board). I get “work” value on the backlog, but the value must be “plan” on a backlog. It looks like a bug.
Is there a way to assure that the summary does not get truncated? This is my board with existing functionality and new functionality. You can see it will be VERY challenging to have standup when we can't read the summary.
The new design doesn't highlight the column enough when the team reaches the max limit on Kanban board. I'm worried that they'll stop taking it seriously. That strong red column on current design is pretty good to call people's attention.
Prior to this enhancement, there use to be "View Linked Pages" (far right underneath the point for the sprint). When switching on, I don't see that ability any longer. Has that been removed?
The new backlog view is certainly pretty to look at, with a few nice new features, but the new design is far more busy and worse contrast, and harder to actually work with for the regular activities.
But the BIGGEST issue is the loading times. Across the entire company I've had non stop complaints about why JIRA is loading SOOO SLOW for a couple months now, and what is needed to fix.
Another issue is that often times we will move cards to future sprints, only for them to reappear in the same sprint again... BUT if you wait 15 to 30 seconds, the card will eventfully move to its intended place.
I tell my team to revert back to the old version, and I get cheers of joy since many didn't realize they could switch back.
I would prefer a less pretty but super fast loading solution. The new view must have some excess asset loading for the benefit of a pretty design. Please keep in mind this is a Business Software, not a Social Media Platform.
Functionality trumps design. With the update now being forced in a few weeks, I pray that the loading speed issue is being resolved between now and then.
Hello Eoin, Just wanted to say you deserve a vacation when this is done. Thank you for answering our questions and facilitating changes in the new UI. Your role is a tough one. While we may not all like some of the new UI changes, just wanted to say thank you for your efforts!
Thank you, Is this possible to give same comment and status to selected tickets in the kanban board, Can we able to close the kanban board tickets all at once.

Thanks @Lydia Kerr for the kind words. Big changes like this are never easy, but I'm privileged to be in the position I'm in. I really do empathise with the issues that people are facing and I hope everyone knows we are committed to resolving as many of these as possible, with the aim of making Jira more inclusive for everyone.
This is probably also a good opportunity to drop a note that most issues reported here are not common issues. The vast majority of our user base is now using the new board and backlog - there is only a few percent that is not. I understand this doesn't matter when you are the person is facing an issue, but this can get lost in a forum like this.
As a general note if people do read this note, it's best to also raise issues with our support so that we can take a look into your instance to understand the issue further (as likely it's down to a specific combination of configuration). I will also continue to respond here but I'm limited to general responses.

Hi @Ulla SB - there are some changes for the board as well - we have called out this in the blog above where something is specific to one view or the other. You can also enable a Backlog for Kanplan if you want to reduce clutter on the first column of your board. Cheers

Hi @Serginho - thanks for the feedback. Can you raise a support ticket for this? I haven't seen this reported before which makes me think there is something going on with configuration. If the priority field is configured on that issue type - it should show on the board. Let me know if you don't get any resolution. Cheers
