*We’d love to hear from those who have recently signed up for Jira Cloud to evaluate Jira for your organizations (not migrating from on-prem or DC.) We'd like to better understand your needs so we can help you find success with our product.

Join the Atlassian Research team for a 3-week study on how you get up and running with Jira.

We want to meet with you ongoing to:

• Understand your needs and how you configure and use the product,

• Understand your goals with Jira as an organization new to Jira

• Learn what happens outside of the product (onboarding users, making a business case, gathering team requirements, etc.),

There’s no guarantee you’ll be selected, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as many as we can.

What’s involved in the research?

The 3-week study involves a series of remote sessions and logging snippets of your experiences with the product. As a thank-you, you’ll receive up to $400 USD in the form of an e-gift card.

To participate and receive the full payment, we expect the following:

• Completion of x1, 30-min briefing session before commencing the study. This session will help you understand what’s expected during the research. It’ll also help us understand your role and your organisation.

• Completion of x2, 45-minute online chats over a 3-week period. These will be conducted the first week and the third week. These are generally in the US, PST time zone, but we can be flexible if these don’t suit you. 

• Completion of x6 online journal entries over the 3-week period. There will be 2 submissions weekly, for 3 weeks via slack. You may add videos and/or screenshots to support your entries.

• Optional. Complete journal entries every time you use Jira. You’ll be given prompts to comment on your experiences with the tool. You can add videos and/or screenshots to support your entries.

• During the online chats, allow the researcher to view your screen via Zoom and video record each conversation (for internal research purposes only and won't be shared externally). Please read our Participant Agreement to learn more.

As with any research, we know life gets busy. If you need to withdraw from the study, at any point, you’ll receive a portion of the thank-you gift that represents your involvement in the research.

Who do we want to talk to?

Admins who have recently signed up for Jira Cloud that are considering introducing Jira into their organization (not migrators from DC or on-prem). From any mix of roles or industry. We'd like to understand how you're exploring Jira and how you're evaluating Jira.

Of course, your organisation needs to be considering Jira  in the near future.
