What do you mean by "test migration"?
The migration assistant just helps you move your data from one environment into another. If that went well and you are happy with the data in the cloud as they were, you can use them as they are over there. A couple of things I can think of as potential issues:
- if your users are still working in your Data Center instance (thinking that you just did a test migration), any changes made after you did your test migration are lost, obviously.
- If your cloud site is currently running on a trial license, that is technically fine but that will have to be updated to a commercial license after the expiry date.
- If you have given your test site another url that you intended for production, you may have to update that as well.
Most commonly, data is migrated in a test environment, properly tested (you don't always know when it looks good at first sight that everything is totally fine) and when you have a formal sign-off, then re-run the migration for real to your production site.
But when you're happy as it is, the decision to go live as it is is totally up to you.
