Hi All,
We started getting the following last week on our Free Jira instance (and continued to today) :-
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
Request ID: 3c34b6a2761448c5a424f11e3b5caa1d"
Anyone seen this or know what the problem might be? As i'm on the free tier, I can't get direct support to investigate :(
It looks like this site has been deactivated. I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-2881597
Only a member of our customer advocate team could reactivate the site. I recommend following up in that ticket for additional help here.
Andy
Thanks @Andy Heinzer , that is very much appreciated.
This is definately an interesting one since I didn't request de-activation due to being on the free tier, so I wonder if something triggered automatically. I'll keep an eye on the support ticket and feedback in case it was something I did not realise.

They are deactivated after a period of inactivity. Unsure of the duration before this occurs. Something to discuss with support via ticket.
