Enhancing the experience of using Jira roadmap in Confluence

Many teams using Confluence like to link Jira's roadmap to their Confluence pages. This feature allows teams to get a visual understanding of the progress of each event. However, when using this feature, we have found that the child issues under each epic in the Jira roadmap embedded in the Confluence page are collapsed by default and need to be manually expanded by clicking on the epic. This makes the overall overview page less clear and concise.
We suggest that when embedding the Jira roadmap into the Confluence page, each epic in the Jira roadmap should be expanded by default, without the need for manual expansion. This would make the overall overview page more straightforward and easier to read, enabling team members to quickly understand the progress of each event. Thank you!

hi @Shuo Ping

I'm sorry to hear that and i totally understand that it could be really challenging especially if you have many epics on the roadmap.

i digged a little and found that this feature is not available at the moment but there is an existing request for Atlassian Team to have such functionality.

I already added a comment based on your demand. you may also vote for the feature and encourage other people in your organization to vote and comment if it is needed also by them.

Cheers,

Karim
