Hi, Jira users!
Do you love Jira Software? Do you have tips and tricks youโd love to share? Do you want to be featured in a customer spotlight?
If so, we want to talk to you! We're bringing you a very special opportunity to share your story with the greater Jira Community.
What is #JiraHeroes?
#JiraHeroes is our new monthly customer spotlight series that we'll be featuring on the Community. The goal of this program is to source thoughtful, tactical content that will help admins improve their understanding of key Jira concepts.
What makes a Jira Hero?
As champions of Jira Software, you have expertise that has been shaped by authentic, first-hand experience. We want to hear your success stories, distill them into unique insights and best practices, and share those learnings in the form of Community articles.
As a Jira admin, you are responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining how Jira Software is used by teams in your organization. We hope that customers will find inspiration on how to overcome their own challenges by hearing how you overcame yours. โจ
What kinds of stories are you looking for?
We want to hear how youโve used Jira Software to achieve a team or organizational goal, and weโd love to hear stories from teams of all types and sizes!
We are looking for success stories related (but not limited) to the following:
Configuration
Scaling
User management
Workflows
Automation
Advanced Roadmaps
Apps and integrations
Did you refine a faulty workflow? Did you use automation to streamline a process? How did these actions help your team drive towards success?
We want to hear how you thought about solving a problem, what specific steps you took, and what you learned from that experience.
