When I started as a software engineer, I knew I wanted more. I knew I love to help people get started and bring people together. The big question was how this connects with my technical background and present role.
I did research and discovered this span across developer relations, project management, community management et al.

I set clear, achievable career goals. Created a roadmap that outlines the steps needed to reach these goals. I regularly review and adjust my plans as necessary. This structured approach keeps me focused and motivated.

Building a meaningful relationship opens doors to unimaginable achievement, fast growth and access to quality information. It is a Jewel to behold! Cherish it!
Cultivate a strong professional network, attend industry events, engage on platforms like LinkedIn, and connect with like minds. Networking can open doors to new opportunities, collaborations, and valuable insights.

๐ถ Effective Communication and Soft Skills:
Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as essential soft skills like teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving. These skills are often as important as technical expertise in your career.

๐ถ Resilience and Adaptability
Embrace change, adaptability and consistency. It's an evolving world, and challenges arise.
It wonโt always get all rosy, you have to learn to adapt to different situations and avoid being weighed down by failures.
