when migration slack workspace, shall i redo all slack integration i have on jira and confluence?

My company was acquired by big one and we must migrate slack and other tools. in case of slack we will have our entire workspace moved to new company slack which uses diff authentication. we are worried about how jira, confluence and other integrations will work on this new environment.

Will the existing integration still work after the migration?
