Hi,

Currently, whenever a new request access is raised, a new issue is created in Jira Work Management project and the site admin gets a notification.

Is it possible to only receive the notification without creating a new issue for every new request access? If yes, could you please guide me on how to achieve this?

Thanks,

Hila

Hi Hila,

If a new issue in JWM is being created, then it is because someone has added an automation rule (or a post function in the workflow) to create the issue. You just need to turn that off. Check the history of the JWM issue that is created to see who it says created the issue.

Thanks John for your prompt reply.

in the history I can see that - Atlassian Support created the Issue.

cant find any automation/post funcatin.

any idea?

Is that the exact name of the user?

Well, I would contact Atlassian Support to see why they created that issue.
