Hello, Good day. Please go to project settings >> Issues >> Screens >> Edit the all three screens (Create, Edit and View) and make sure "Category" fields is added. Also refer to this link : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/categorize-items-in-your-list-view/
