Hello @Maik Horn

Welcome to the community!

In ActivityTimeline each resource within the application has its timelines, where tasks that are assigned and scheduled to him are displayed.

Under each resource name you can see the workload indicator and display the amount of allocated to a person for a specific period of time. This depends on the estimation of the associated tasks and custom events that are scheduled on his/her timeline. Different colours of the indicator show how much person is loaded compared to his/her capacity (involvement):

Welcome to the Atlassian Community

In jira we dont have this feature. you can go for third party plugin Check Here

If you dont want to go with any third party plugin then you can use the

1. Create the filter using JQL where assignee = <your Name>

2.add this filter to the filter gadget on the dashboard

3. On dashboard you can get the view of issues which are assignee to you across multiple project and display the date and time

Hi @Maik Horn and welcome to the Community!

Timeline is a project feature and will always show all issues from one project that can then be filtered (Quickfilter, User filters). So no, you cannot use the timeline for a specific set of issues, especially not from several projects.

There is a calender gadget that can show issues in a calender view based on a filter and one specific date field. That's not really close to the timeline though. There might be some Marketplace App that could help with other Gadgets.
