I am creating form option for clients to select options and wanted to add informational PDFs as well as images to aid in decision making, how can I add those images or links when I am creating a new form?

Unfortunately descirptions of form fields in JWM do not accept any formatting (markup/markdown). However you can use the form' description to add markdown text based on this link:
E.g. to write a link:
However I'm afraid that images (although the macro is there) are not supported.
