Hi,
How should I use JQL if I want to create automatically a issue when I have this requirements:
-) Scheduled: Create the ticket every first day of the month
-) Create a ticket for every possible select option in a custom multiple select dropdown list.
This means that on the first day of every month jira automation should create various tickets using the amount of selection options in the dropdown list as reference. For example if there are 10 possible selection options than 10 tickets should be created.
Is there a way to do this?
Greetings
Simon
Hi Simon,
No, there is no way to do that programmatically based on the number of options. You would have to create a new issue manually in the rule for each option in the select list.
