Hey,
we as admins can't add a costumer, which has a valid email Adresse. However we can add another costumers. What could be the problem because we have this situation with just one costumer since tow weeks.
Where are you adding the customer?
What is the error/problem while trying to add this customer?
Thanks for the response, we add the costumer like always and we did it like 10000 times. The problem is that the costumer doesn't recieve any mail from us.
The email adresse of the costumer is valid too.

You receive a success message for the invite but the user doesn't get the email? If so, can you ask the user to check in spam or whether they have any email client rules that moves the email to a different folder?
Are there other customers in the same email domain as this user?
