Jira Software is built for software team to plan, track, and release great software. Create user stories and issues, plan sprints, and distribute tasks across your software team.

Jira work management is Designed for marketing, HR, finance, and other business teams - collaborate and work the way you want with Jira Work Management.

Jira Work Management is only available for Jira Cloud.

Hi Ulrika,

JWM provides a simpler way of creating projects and seeing the issues in different views, such as a Calendar, List, or Board. But there is less flexibility. It is definitely geared towards Business teams (non-software teams).
