Why is there no 'Comment' option in the JIRA field drop-down to import csv issues?

On the page explaining how to import a csv of issues, the Tips section says you can map multiple csv fields to the Comment Body JIRA field. But I've uploaded a csv and there is no Comment Body option to map to. Does anyone know why? Thank you

Hello @Ashleigh_Cox 

The Comment Body field is available only to Jira Administrators when accessing the import function by navigating to Settings > System > External System Import.

Are you a Jira Administrator for your Jira system? If so, can you try accessing the import function by clicking the Gear icon near your avatar and selecting System, then find External System Import?
