Hi
I have a number of projects which i manage. I created a simple automation to create a recurring ticket each month in one of the projects. This has worked and has ran for the first time successfully this month. However, in the other projects i manage i replicated exactly the same automation, but they keep failing in the other projects with the same error. See here.
@YY Brother ended up finding a fix. Which was simple! The 'Due Date' smart value stopped working and needed to be changed to - {{now.endOfMonth}}
Hi @Ian Lucas

Hi @Ian Lucas
Please check the Scope of the automation rule in each project. You may need to make this project scope the same as that in which you're creating social media issue. Hope it helps.
Thanks,

Hi, looks like the scope is default to the project i am in and can not change it anyway. But i dont think i need to change that as it seems correct.

OK. I just checked the creating issue Rest API with 400 bad request code:
Please check those points, which may block you from creating issues in that project.
