I created some tiles for a JIRA project in a dashboard. I have noticed that I have some JIRA tickets updated but they don't reflect accurately in the tiles for the dashboards. For example, I might have the priority status updated to High Priority but the tile won't update even when I have clicked refresh the tile, configure the setting so the tile automatically refreshes every 15 minutes and I have also tried updating the whole dashboard.
Please advise on how to resolve this.

hi, i wasn't sure what to call them. i was able to resolve the issue. it turns out that we have two priority fields. thanks!
