Why can't I choose an international date format with English as my language?

It appears that one cannot set the date format, but that it depends on the language. Even setting UK English forces m/d/yy.

Looking in this forum, it is suggested to change it in settings, but there isn't that option. anymore.

Surely a productivity tool can't expect people to ditch the core of their language.

I hope this option comes available soon.

Hi @motorcycledata

There is a bug report with workarounds here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68381

Hi Fabian, thanks for the link to the bug report. Good to hear that a solution is underway.

In fact, I did find it under Look and feel. But, regardless of the settings there, when opening a task's properties, the US date format persists. See attached.
