Where do JIRA@company.ATLASSIAN.NET go?

We have service desk and some of the SD users reply directly to JIRA@ or person@ xxx.atlassian.net.

Can we gain access to the inbox, or redirect/cc to our own inbox?

Hi Michal,

You will need to setup your mail handler for that. Here are the instructions:
