Where do I see the submitted forms?

I created a from on Jira WORK Management, but I can't locate the submitted forms - i.e. answered forms submitted by team members. Can anyone point me to the right place?

Hi @Ms_ Hiller and, thanks for your question.

 

You can view the filled-in form information within the current ticket. However, you cannot view all the form information filled in by team members.The API is scheduled to be released in Q1 2024 based on Atlassian's public roadmap.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. "You can view the filled-in form information within the current ticket." - Where in the ticket can I find the info? I don't see it anywhere.

As I can see in the image I provided, I can view the Form section upon request. However, from what I understand, you are unable to see this section, is that correct?

I can see forms, but the only option there is to edit my form or create a new form- I can't see any responses.

As far as I understand, you want to view the information filled out with the form. I couldn't find this feature in Jira work management. However, since the information in the form corresponds to Jira fields, these fields are set in your issue. I will provide you with a document that will give you more detailed information.

 

Note: You can view the request you created with the form in the "issues" section.

The label field in tickets created with the form is saved as "business-form".

This information can be helpful.

Thank you for pointing me to Issues.

I can indeed see all created requests as Issues under the issues option.

Hello All, I am also stuck in the same process. Can someone tell me where to find the filled in form. I am working in Jira -> Work Management -> Project Management.
