Hello @Dr Romina

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Jira is essentially a work tracking tool. You can specify the workflow steps that the work transitions through during the life cycle of the work item.

What type of work do you want to track?

What is the flow of that work through "statuses"; i.e. To Do, In Progress, and Done?

Have you utilized any training materials to help you become familiar with Jira functionality? There is a lot of training available at https://university.atlassian.com.
