We have sent a team invitation to one of our team member vkmaddipati@sanelahealth.com, he has got email to activate but he is getting a message that your account has bee deactivated.
Here requesting you to please look into the issue and fix it ASAP. Expecting a positive and quick reply.
That account is a managed account. The organization admin has disabled that account. You will need to reach out to your organization administrator in order to re-activate that account.
In this case, your account is a site-admin, but you are not an organization admin. You should reach out to your teammate Karun V., and ask that they follow the steps in Reactivate accounts to restore this user.

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if the user's email was blacklisted for some reason. Please post the resolution back here.
