Validator for comment, not working

I am trying to implement a training execution automation. I am facing an issue in one of the workflow transition rules.

My objective is that before Learning Partner move the request to Capability he should provide what is expected form Capability in the "commends" sessions. for that during the transition stage I've set Validator as "Field Comment should be modified during the transition."

Transition Name: Training Recommendation Refer-Back by Learning Partner (From Learning Partner to Capability)

But even after adding comments its throwing error message. Kindly help

Hi @Jithesh

Welcome to Atlassian Community!!

please follow the below step to add validator for comment -

1. create a screen with no field(comment field will be automatically added to a screen created)

2. use the transition screen created in step 1 between Learning Partner to Capability and Training Recommendation Refer-Back by Learning Partner

3. create a field required validator with the comment filed and add the validator.

please feel free to revert for any help on the same

Regards,

Tejaswini
