Using Help Desk to Create Issues and Comments

Hi All, 

We use Helpscout for our team to manage all emails. All outlook emails are redirected here, and the team do not access outlook. 

Is it possible to use a cloud based help desk to create issues and comments? All I can find relates to Outlook/gmail etc. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Daniel and welcome!

Jira does have the ability to create issues and comments from email. If your cloud based help desk supports forwarding this might be your best bet.
