Unable to tag colleagues inside of Jira Work Management

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
For some odd reason I cannot tag my colleague with the @ on a workbook. They can see me, but I can't see any of them. What could the issue be?
