Unable to import Cascade Style field using csv import

Hey Guys,

I have a cascade style field "Function/Work". I'm using the separator "->" to link parent and child fields. When i try to import tickets with this field i get the below message.

The value [ {null=MKG:Dimensions, 1=MKG:General} ] can't be added to the Custom Field [ Function/Work ]. The value [ {null=MKG:Dimensions, 1=MKG:General} ] can't be found or is in the incorrect format

If i try to import the tickets though "External System Import", it just created new duplicate value for both Parent and Child fileds.

Any help would be appreciated, as we have to import a large number of tickets and this has become really annoying.

Hi Jai - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am wondering if the field name having a slash in it is part of the problem. Maybe change the name of the field to remove the slash or create a new test Cascading field on the project to test to see if it will import into it.
