Good day, Recently we Installed the trial version of Jira Work Management to test it but when we are trying to create an issue after creating the board we are getting this error.
Thanks!
Hello @Mark Daliwan,
Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!
According to the message under the pop up, it seems that it doesn’t have a default issue type and on the logs it also returns this error message.
Can you please go to Project settings > Issue types > Actions > Edit issue types and select a default one?
Permissions aren’t editable on the Free plan, but please, confirm on Project settings > Permissions if all the permissions contain the “Application access (Any logged in user)”.
Please, take your time to test and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Angélica
Hi Angelica, Thank you for you help. I added a few Issue types and works fine. Cheers!!

Hi Mark,
Sometimes this goes away with the passage of a little time. Is it still happening? Does it happen on all projects? Or just one or two?

Hi John, we had 3 test boards now and the other 2 was created 3 weeks ago but still getting the same error.

Definitely a support ticket then.

Since it is Cloud version, it could be better to create a support ticket from https://support.atlassian.com.
