I am the site admin as I am the only creator/user of the site.
However, I am no longer able to enter administration view with the following error:
Request access from your administrator.
Please help, thanks!
Update: Somehow, I am now able to enter administration view if I enter via Settings > JIRA Settings (Any of the options with JIRA Settings) > Switch to Administration
