Unable to access site administration and jira cloud

I am the admin of Jira site shunyeka.atlassian.com. I am not longer able to access the jira nor can I login to site and access the projects. I have removed old users from my org and reduced the active users to under 10. Still not accessible.

I don't think you mean that site, I think you mean the Cloud Jira with a .net address, not a .com

That site has been suspended because of non-payment.  You'll need to go to admin.atlassian.com and either pay the bill or renew the subscription on a free plan.

Hi @yogini  - You can get to the user management part of Jira to remove users but you can't see projects? Is that correct?
