Time tracking in business projects

I created a business project for manage team training. I'm having trouble creating a Jira time report in which both software and business projects are considered. Better, only time logged on software project is depicted in the report, the time logged on business project tasks is ignored.

Is there something I'm missing? Or there is a mistake?

After some time of troubleshooting I understood the problem, I leave my solution as help to people with the same situation. I was missing the necessary permissions, I could not View All Worklogs.
