Hi Latha,

It seems you are using the OAuth/OIDC SSO app from miniOrange.

I suggest, please reach out to miniOrange Support with the following information so that our technical team can assist you to resolve this issue.

  1. What issue are you facing? Please share more details.
  2. Plugin Configuration file. You can download it from the Backup and Restore tab of the plugin.
  3. JIRA Support Zip. Please enable the debug log for the plugin, reproduce the issue and download the JIRA Support zip file. Steps to enable the debug logs and download the support log file are given in the Troubleshooting tab of the plugin.

In case if you are not able to access the JIRA Admin console and are unable to collect the logs. You can use the emergency URL of the plugin to bypass the SSO and log in using the local system user.

Please share all those details in our JIRA Customer Help Desk or drop an email to atlassiansupport@xecurify.com

Thanks,

Lokesh
