I am not using any filter; however the board view is not showing all tickets, I have 127 tickets in "Done" status, but showing only 60. The same in the summary tab, it only counts those 60 instead of the 127 tickets with "Done" status.
To ensure tickets have the right status at a database level, I performed a bulk action transitioning all of the 127 from "Done" to "Done" status, but nothing happened. Then I built another workflow, moved all tickets to their new equivalent status and delete completely the old workflow, but remained the same.
Has anybody experienced a similar situation? Would anybody help me out to solve this issue?
