Team members not appearing?

Hi,

When I login as an Org Admin in Jira Work Management System, I see our team members across the top of the board here : https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuRL2JE
however, no other team members see this.
The other people are on the FREE Plan. 

What do I need to change so everyone can see the team members?

Hello @Jared Fusedale 

Are you working with a Team Managed project or Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the project.

What your team members see may be affected by the permissions they have been granted, which can depend on the type of project you are using.

There is a Global Permission called "Browser users and groups". Make sure that the users are members of a group that have been granted that permission.
