Are you looking to integrate Jira to an external platform?

If yes, I would recommend checking out:

• REST API: Check out the documentation here - to see how to export from Jira, and import to it. This is a good starting point for integrating platforms
• Automation: Consider using this to send web requests. Check out how these work on the actions support page
