With Slack in the cloud, is there a way to capture the whole thread to include all of the replies when creating a ticket?

Ah, I should have caught that you asked about Jira Work Management - so ignore everything I said about Atlassian Assist. It only supports Jira Service Management projects. The rest all applies though.
